Fezile Dyele
Fezile is the founder and Managing Director of OMT. A highly experienced IT professional, he holds a National Diploma Electrical Engineering (LC). In addition, he holds a variety of professional training qualifications.
Lihle Khotshobe
Lihle studied Mechanical Engineering at Tshwane University of Technology. Early on in his career he worked as Designer at different companies operating in the Aerospace and Mining sectors.
He joined OPENMIND Technologies as their Service Manager. He is responsible for ensuring that quality and satisfaction levels with existing ICT services remain high during the implementation of major new ICT services and initiatives, such as the customer services centre. He also manages small scale/peripheral projects relating to the improvement of existing services. In addition, he provides management and technical support to the development team during critical periods of large scale projects and initiatives.
Zama Mantsho
Zama studied PC Engineering and has been in the IT industry for approximately 5 years. She started out as a Receptionist, before going onto Procurement and Finance and more recently, Account Executive – a position she currently holds.
Her areas of specialisation are; implementing productions, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, identifying trends, determining system improvement, implementing change, certifying the customers’ needs by maintaining and developing new businesses. Her biggest accomplishment was winning the IT Businesswoman award.
